1. General Use

1.1 Our website and services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 or have parental consent.

1.2 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

2.1 All items are individually handmade. Slight variations in colour, size, or design are natural and not considered defects.

2.2 Images on our website are for reference only; your final product may differ slightly.

3. Custom Orders

3.1 Custom commissions are created specifically for you and are non-refundable.

3.2 A deposit may be required before work begins. Once production has started, deposits are non-refundable.

3.3 Production time is typically 7–30 days, depending on complexity.

4. Workshops & Experiences

4.1 Workshop bookings are confirmed only after payment.

4.2 Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

4.3 Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

4.4 All participants must follow studio safety instructions. FirePetal is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow guidelines.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We professionally package all products for safe delivery.

5.2 Customers must record a full unboxing video as proof in case of damage during transit.

5.3 If a product is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours.

5.4 Customers are responsible for return shipping when sending damaged items back for repair or replacement.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 In general, all sales are final.

6.2 Ready-made items may be eligible for return within 14 days only if unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

6.3 Custom-made items, bespoke designs, and workshop bookings are non-refundable.

6.4 Partial refunds (50%) may be available for cancellations made within 14 days of order placement, if production has not been completed. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, and designs, is the property of FirePetal and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 FirePetal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

8.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
